Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Murray, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
This project includes removal of existing asphalt pavement, waterproof membrane, pothole patching, and placement of new waterproof membrane and bituminous pavement. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED BY: CLASS C ROAD FUNDS DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT OPENING: 1. Bid forms provided. 2. Cashier or certified check or bid bond made payable to Murray City Corporation in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. Within Seven (7) Calendar Days After Notification of Award the Successful Contractor Will Be Required to Submit: 1. Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond, Both in the Amount of 100% of the Total Amount of the Proposal. 2. Copy of Current Business License. 3. Copy of State Registration and/or License. If All Required Documents Are Not Provided, the Bid Will Be Disqualified. A prebid conference will not be held. Murray City Corporation Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids, or Any Part of Any Bid, to Waive Any Informalities in Any Bid, as Its Best Interest Appear.
