Question Deadline 05/31/2024 at 2:00 PM MT General Roofing Contractor (S280) to remove and replace a portion of the roof at Cottonwood High School Selective demolition and removal of existing built-up roof system. • Temporary removal of existing mechanical equipment. • Installation of structural seismic upgrades. • Extension of building curbs and parapets. • Installation of new polyisocyanurate insulation. • Installation of new single-ply membrane roof system. • New perimeter flashings and roofing acce SD reserves the right to take reasonable exception to activity duration, activity placement, construction logic or time frame for any element of the Work to be scheduled. The bidder is required to submit a Bid Bond, with the bid, for a total bid amount that is $50,000.00 or greater. Refer to instructions contained in the solicitation documents on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). Failure to submit a Bid Bond will cause the bid to be considered non-responsive. Bonds mean the bid bond, performance and payment bonds, and other instruments of security.Bidders will be required to provide bid security in an amount equal to at least 5% of the bid amount, at the time the bid is submitted, if the total bid amount for any job is $50,000 or greater
