Furnishing all Labor, tools, materials and equipment required for the Rehabilitation of Bridge No. 162002 Smith Hill Road over Unnamed Brook. Form 818 Standard Specifications and Supplemental Specifications mas be obtained online. All Proposals must be on the form furnished by the Town of Winchester and must be requested for the above-named project Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid a certified check or a bid bond, for not less than ten percent ( I0%) of the bid as provided in the Information for Bidders. This contract is not subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids in whole or in part to award any item, group of items, or total bid and to waive any informality or technical defects. if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Winchester. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. CONTRACTORS that find discrepancies and/or errors in or between plans, specifications, quantities and other matters, must immediately notify Gary Giroux at Cardinal Engineering Associates. Inc., 180 Research Parkway, Meriden, CT 06450 or at gary@cardinal-engineering.com in writing not less than ten days before the scheduled bid opening. Order this entire job for $45.00
