The Housing Authority of the Town of Winchester (WHA) is seeking sealed bids for: Security Camera Upgrades at Chestnut Grove and Greenwoods Garden, Winstead, CT. Last day to submit Requests for Information (RFI) shall be Tuesday, April 22, 2025. A satisfactory Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to a minimum of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid shall be submitted with each bid. If the Bid Guarantee is in the form of a Bid Bond. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance and Payment Bond, in the amount of 100% of the Contract Amount. The Housing Authority of the Town of Winchester reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
