Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is soliciting proposals from qualified agencies for Communications and Signals Engineering Consultant (CSEC) Services for Mass Transit Related Communications and Signals Systems Projects. The qualified consultants shall be able to provide services that include but are not limited to engineering consultant services to the Communications and Signaling Department for a wide range of projects under a single task order-based contract over a three-year term.
