PHA is inviting price competitive Proposals from Proposers with demonstrated experience in Construction Management Services including the oversight of demolition, design, permits, and construction of the demolition of four (4) structures and a playground and the design and construction of seventy five (75) new rental units development known as Fairhill Phase 3. Question Deadline 04/12/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Proposers must address all other inquiries to the PHA's CO in writing. Questions may be sent by email William.Cook@pha.phila.gov PHA is anticipating this project be completed using stick-built or modular development technology. The Proposer is responsible to provide a complete and comprehensive project to PHA. 1.Each residential unit has an open floor plan with living room, eat-in kitchen for the one and two bedroom units and a dining area for the three bedroom units, accessible or adaptable bathroom and one, two, or three bedrooms. Phase III of the Fairhill redevelopment consists of the construction of the eight blocks adjacent to Fairhill I and Fairhill II along the 10th Street corridor. The site extends along 10th Street from W. Dauphin Street to the south to W. Cumberland Street to the north, and from N. 11th Street to the west to N. 9th Street to the east. See Exhibit "A," for the existing site plan that includes seventy six (76) separate parcels of land. Each residential unit has an open floor plan with living room, eat-in kitchen for the one and two bedroom units and a dining area for the three bedroom units, accessible or adaptable bathroom and one, two, or three bedrooms. PHA reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals.
