The project involves the removal of the existing bridge deck, and the installation of new laminated deck and runner planks. Project Scope Remove and replace approach 6X6's posts, and 2 x 6 railings. Remove existing 2 x 4 nail laminated deck and plywood overlay. Install a new 2 x 6 nail laminated deck with 2 x 8 full width runner planks. The contractor is responsible for the disposal of projects materials and debris. Submittal Proposals shall include the following: 1. Letter expressing interest in the project. 2. Project Schedule - a timeline, and completion dates. All work must be completed by June 15, 2024. 3. Cost proposal - a full schedule of project costs, including material costs. All information submitted becomes property of the Town of Northfield upon submission.
