Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greenleaf, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

** As of June 6, 2024 this project has been awarded to Terra Co Excavation with an awarded amount of 197,587.12.** The scope of this project entails providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the installation of sidewalks, driveways, and curbing along SH19. This involves the removal of existing sidewalk, driveways, and curb, followed by the installation of new concrete curb, driveways and sidewalk, along with any other specified tasks outlined in the project manual. All activities will adhere to the project plans, specifications, ITD Specifications for materials in ITD ROW and Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction (ISPWC). The City of Greenleaf reserves the right to accept the bids and award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder regardless of alternative selected; to postpone the acceptance of the bid and the award of the contract for a period not to exceed thirty-five (60) days; or to reject any and all bids received and further advertise the project for bids. The City of Greenleaf may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids upon the finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so If you need more information, contact Kirby Cook, PE, Civil Dynamics, PC, (208) 453-2028.
