Hackman Road Culvert Replacement. Question Deadline 03/25/2024 at 5:00 PM ET A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. West Cocalico Township will receive bids for the Hackman Road Culvert Replacement Project. This project includes replacement of the existing pipe culvert with a precast box culvert and precast end sections. Minor approach roadway reconstruction and guide rail installation is also included. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimated Contract Value: $300,000 - $500,000. This project is subject to the Prevailing Wage Act requirements. The successful Bidder shall substantially complete the project by November 1, 2024. West Cocalico Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
