In general, the work shall consist of, but not be limited to, furnishing all required bonds, insurances and required forms, general superintendence, labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals required for completion of the prescribed street improvements, including, but not limited to: ADA ramp installations, storm water catch basin replacements, storm water pipe replacements, pavement base repairs, mechanical milling of approximately 10,600 SY of existing asphalt pavement surfaces, asphalt overlay approximately 10,600 SY of milled pavement surfaces, pavement markings, mobilization/demobilization, traffic control including establishment of approved detour routes and all else necessary or required to satisfactorily complete the project Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the required form, certified check, letter of credit, or other security acceptable to the Borough of Ephrata in the amount of 10% of the bidder's total amount of their base bid.
