Site work for a water / sewer project in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
General Construction: The Project will consist of the excavation, removal and replacement of existing 8-inch sanitary sewer mains, removal of existing sanitary sewer manholes, installation of new sanitary sewer manholes, connecting new sanitary sewer mains to existing sanitary sewer mains, 6-inch sanitary sewer lateral removal and replacement and paving, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, and lawn restoration. This Project also includes the rehabilitation of an existing 5-foot diameter precast concrete sanitary sewer manhole, by-pass pumping and appurtenances. All questions shall be submitted in writing via online. Any and all questions received after 3:00 p.m. on October 16, 2024 regarding the project will not be acknowledged. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the required form, certified check, letter of credit, or other security acceptable to the OWNER in the amount of 10 percent of the total base bid. Ephrata Borough Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.
