The City of Bondurant is looking to build a new Emergency Services Facility on a site designated for a future civic campus. The stand-alone facility will be approximately 28,000 SF and include the following: 1. Public lobby and heritage display space 2. 6 bay, double-deep, 2-story apparatus bay 3. Training room / Emergency Operations Center for the City 4. Offices for current and future growth 5. Living area (day room and study rooms to double as future sleeping quarters) 6. Kitchen 7. Locker rooms 8. PPE / Turn out gear storage room (with ventilation) 9. Decontamination laundry room 10. Storage areas for both fire and EMS supplies 11. Work area for SCBA maintenance and general equipment repairs 12. Tornado safe space 13. Exercise and fitness center for all city staff 14. Ability to be expanded to meet future growth Successful bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and deliver equipment and materials for this scope of no later than: 1.
