Question Deadline 04/09/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Response Format Electronic Scope of Services The City of Palm Springs is requesting Bids from qualified firms to provide the City with landscape and grounds services for the city parks. Other Details The Bidder must have five years consecutive experience in providing landscape and grounds maintenance services for commercial, institutional and/or industrial facilities (no-residential). Notes Bidders must possess a current Class C-27 Contractor License and a valid California Pest Control Operators license at the time of submitting bids. Bidder must provide a copy of contractors license(s) with Attachment A. City reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder who previously failed to perform properly, or complete on time, agreements of a similar nature, or to reject the Bid of a Bidder who is not in a position to perform such an agreement satisfactorily.
