Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment, except where otherwise specified, to provide landscape and grounds maintenance service The scope of work includes providing daily (7 days per week) landscape and grounds maintenance services of 29 Medians and Parkways consisting of approximately .85 acres of turf and 27.4 acres of total maintained landscaped areas (inclusive of turf), and annual winter rye grass re-seeding.
