The Work under the Contract consists of: (1) Installation oftemporary water bypass in Brookings Street. (2) Replacement ofwater main and appurtenances in Brookings Street. (3) Replacement of public side water services in Brookings Street. (4) Roadway trench patch and sidewalk reconstruction as detailed in the Contract Drawings. Installation ofADA curb ramps. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: (1) Work outside the Project area as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance ofthe Work. (2) The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site.
