As of April 22, 2024, the project was awarded to Indus, with an awarded amount of $12.15 price per galloon. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, 39M, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of preparing existing cracks and furnishing and applying a crack sealant on properly prepared bituminous streets within the Town of Franklin. The work to be performed will consist of the Contractor preparing existing cracks and furnishing and applying a crack sealant on properly prepared bituminous streets at various locations within the Town of Franklin. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work. The Town has an approximate budget of $150,000 to be used under this contract.
