Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Lynn, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Renovation to the existing Lynn Senior Center facilities with most of the work partially renovating the first floor and installing a new stair up through to the third floor. Work includes Architectural and MEP/FP improvements and ancillary work to utility tie-ins. Sub Bid Category Metal Fabrications, Glazing, Tiling, Painting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical. Project Summary: This project consists of the first phase of work to renovate the existing senior center. Improvements include the creation of new rooms to better suit Senior Center Programs & Staff, Kitchen Upgrades, a Communicating Stair between Floors 1, 2, & 3, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing upgrades to support the newly created spaces as well as the patching and painting of the existing walls where water damage has been mitigated with cored holes. Question Deadline 04/12/2024 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Prime Designer or Owner. Prime Designer or Owner will answer such requests if received five days (5) working days (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excluded) before the date for receipt of the bids. Questions must be emailed to the City of Lynn Purchasing Department at purchasing@lynnma.gov. Please reference project number as subject
