Renovation to the existing Lynn Senior Center facilities with most of the work partially renovating the first floor and installing a new stair up through to the third floor. Work includes Architectural and MEP/FP improvements and ancillary work to utility tie-ins. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Question Deadline 04/05/2024 Biddersrequiring clarification orinterpretation ofthe Contract Documentsshall make a written request to the Prime Designer or Owner. Prime Designer or Owner will answersuch requestsif received five days (5) working days (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excluded) before the date for receipt of the bids.
