The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development is soliciting bids from general contractors for minor building repair services on an as needed basis at Curwin Circle. Services are for on-call labor, materials, equipment, transportation, disposal and supervision necessary to perform general building repair and maintenance services as directed by the Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development at Curwin Circle. Contract is for a maximum of one year (1 ) or maximum spending of $100,000.00. Expected contract award date is in May of 2024. Bids are subject to the minimum prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L.c.149 26 - 27D. Bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the total bid price in the form of certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development. The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and make award as may appear in the best interest of the Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development. Purchasing Agent will prepare the notice of award and awarding of this contract. Bid Under M.G.L.c.149 26 - 27D
