Question and Request for Interpretation Submission Deadline:April 3, 2024, 5:00pm If the Proposer is in doubt as to the meaning of any of the Solicitation Documents or other Exhibits included in this Solicitation, the Proposer may submit a question through the Platform. Such requests must be received by the deadline communicated in the Timeline in the INTRODUCTION in order to be considered. The City is not obligated to respond to such requests. The City of Daytona Beach is hereby soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide audio and visual upgrades to the City Commission Chambers and adjacent lobby. The City of Daytona Beach seeks a qualified contractor, familiar with network configurations, to furnish, deliver, and install all Audio-Visual System Upgrades. Base project upgrades are anticipated in the City Commission Chamber and adjacent lobby. Upgrades should leverage AVOIP technology, namely Dante AV and NDI protocols for audio and video acquisition as well as distribution. Project must be inclusive of all installation, programming, shipping, design & engineering, project management, permitting, and any consumables related to equipment. Base project must also be inclusive of the following requirements: Removal of old equipment and wiring. In person support for first three meetings to insure functionality. 1-year hardware warranty with optional 3-year renewal. In-person and hone support, prioritized by level of importance. Training and Knowledge transfer to AV staff. Wiring termination based on industry standards and certification. Adequate labeling of all wiring and equipment Additional sound dampening on the south (back) wall and north (front) walls of the Chambers. Cisco switches will be provided for the project. The City will provide Cisco 2960x at max 30 watts per port. A Design diagram is to be provided with the project, which will indicate areas of potential redundancies that can be implemented in design. The City also anticipates the need for one (1) 1x3 video wall, to be controlled remotely from the video production area in Chamber. Content for display would be programed out from the Commission chamber video switcher. City approved brands are as follows: Behringer, Shure Wireless, Audiopress, Blackmagic Design, BRC Precision Products, Wattbox, PTZOptics, Audinate, QSC, Primacoustic, Middle Atlantic, Bolin Technology. As-equals shall be approved at the discretion of the City
