This Project Consists of, but is Not Limited to: Demolition and Removal of: Structures, Footings, Debris, Brickbat and Concrete; Lot Cleanup; Grading, Final Grading; Sewer Seal(S), Performance of Asbestos Inspections, File Neshap Reports and Test Reports Where Required, and Properly Dispose of Asbestos Shingles Etc.; Slab Removal; Fence Row(S) Removal When Specified; Tree(S) Removal When Specified; Fill/top Soil Placement; Hay Bale Barriers(S); Dust Control; and Other Related Activities. All Bidders Will Be Required to Submit a Bidder's Qualifications Form and Equipment List Conforming to Those Included in the Contract Documents. All Bids Shall Be Accompanied With a Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the Order of the City of Okmulgee, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder, or an Acceptable Surety, in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5) of the Amount Bid.
