Reference Number 0000346668 Delivery Point: El Paso County, CO Purchase Type: Term: 06/01/2024 - 12/31/2024 Option: four (4) additional one-year periods El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary to provide prompt and efficient service for On-Call General Maintenance, Repair, and Installation Services in multiple categories for El Paso County's Department of Facilities & Strategic Infrastructure Management. Various County departments and/or Project Managers may utilize the services provided under the awarded contracts on individual projects or tasks with combined disciplines from $0.00 to $150,000. If a project is anticipated to exceed $150,000, the County will follow the previously utilized procedure and regulations and provide for competition of the project through a formal and open competitive process. Multiple contractors may be selected in each individual category and a Contractor(s) may be awarded multiple service categories. The Contractor does not have to be capable of providing service for every category in the Scope of Work to submit a proposal.
