Fayetteville Public Works Commission ("PWC") is seeking the services of a qualified professional engineering firm to provide engineering services to identify, evaluate, and design potential reliability-related projects at the Glenville Lake Water Treatment Facility. PWC is seeking a firm whose combination of experience and personnel will provide timely, cost-effective, and quality professional services to support this project. PWC is seeking the services of a consulting engineer to evaluate the processes and equipment located at the Glenville Lake Water Treatment Facility (Facility), determine any necessary upgrades (and their associated costs) that are needed to ensure that the Facility can meet the 18 million gallons per day (MGD) rating, and evaluate the pre-requisite considerations needed for replacing the clearwell. The selected consultant will prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) outlining their recommendations, associated costs, potential funding sources, and a proposed schedule.
