All Qualifications should be to the attention of Aaron Grosskopf, Public Works Director. Submission of qualifications shall be conclusive assurance and warranty that the bidder has examined the proposed work and understands all of the requirements for the performance of the work. The City of Rolling Meadows invites qualified engineering firms to participate in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process for the procurement of engineering services related to water, sanitary, and storm utility projects and programs. This RFQ process aims to select a shortlist of pre-qualified engineering firms based on their qualifications, expertise, and experience to provide high-quality engineering services. This RFQ will not result in a contract award. Instead, this RFQ will result in a list of qualified firms that will be forwarded project specifications on an as-needed basis. All respondents of this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in the document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFQ and follow instructions carefully. This RFQ is aimed to be a two-year program to shortlist engineering firms for each utility for projects and/or programs. For the purpose of this RFQ "City" means the City of Rolling Meadows and "Firm" means the engineering firm submitting a response to this RFQ. Any questions must be made in writing and shall be addressed to Aaron Grosskopf, Public Works Director, 3600 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows, Illinois 60008 or electronically mailed to Public Works Director, Aaron Grosskopf at Grosskopfa@cityrm.org . The written questions, along with the City's responses, shall be circulated to all known prospective firms without identifying the party submitting the questions.
