Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Replace pavement along Third Ave S. sidewalk and curb ramp replacement, transit improvements and upgrades. Includes full depth replacement of pavement, new trees, traffic signal reconfiguration, signing and striping, and drainage improvements. For the purpose of the Bidder Subcontractor List, this project includes electrical work and rebar installation.
