Notice is hereby given that the Project is a public works project within the requirements of Division 2, Part 7, Chapter 1 of the California Labor Code, and that each bidder and listed subcontractor is required to be registered pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 at the time of bidding. Failure of the bidder to be registered at the time of bidding shall render the bid non responsive and unavailable for award. Remove selective flatwork and replace with new per DSA-approved plans and specifications. 2. Remove selective hardcourt and replace with new per DSA-approved plans and specifications. 3. Remove/replace existing site security fencing. Provide new site security gates per DSA-approved plans and specifications. 4. Underground Utility additions and upgrades due to reconfiguration of the hardcourts 5. Install new gate security Algo system at the Administration entrance gate per DSA Plans and Specifications 6. Install of new 5-12 play structure per DSA-approved Plans and Specifications 7. 5-12 play structure has been pre-purchased by San Juan USD.
