Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Michigamme, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
As of May 6, 2024 this project was awarded to Ultra Construction Services LLC. But the awarded amount is not avaialble. Bids shall be accompanied by 5 % of bid bond and 100% of surety bonda for performance and payment bond. THE WORK A. The project includes all material, labor, tools, equipment, field engineering, and transportation necessary to complete all work as identified in the Drawings and further defined in these Specifications. This includes all items not specifically mentioned, but incidental to the work to provide a complete and operational product. B. This work includes, but is not limited to: 26-01886 - Michigamme Township Park Tennis Court Renovations: Removal of the existing tennis court and basketball court areas including related fencing and storm sewers. Construction of a new combined tennis/pickleball court, basketball court as well as related fencing. Other items of work include, sidewalk, erosion control, turf restoration, parking lot construction, etc. CONTRACT TIME If this Bid is accepted, we will achieve substantial completion by: Friday, August 18, 2024
