ERFO 17 - Imperial Heights Road ERFO 17 - IMPERIAL HEIGHTS ROAD: The work in general consisting of replacing the existing 24" diameter RCP culvert with a 48" diameter RCP culvert, temporary sheet piling, guardrail replacement, riprap, HMA paving, traffic control, & site restoration. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond or certified check payable to Owner shall be in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within (10) days after the Notice of Award and Bid may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the bid deadline. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The minimum wages to be paid on the project shall be in accordance with the prevailing wage rates included in the bidding documents. This is a Federally Funded project. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) preference, HUD contract provisions 24CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis Bacon Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
