The work generally consists of the installation of new metal roofing panels over existing damaged metal roofing; application of fluid applied roofing coating system over new and existing metal roofing; replacement of existing gutters, fascia trims, damaged rafters, purlins, cap flashing, roof vents, exhaust fans, and gooseneck vents; installation of rooftop mounted steel safety anchors; installation of rafter steel tie-down at perimeter wall; installation of new under roof deck attic thermal insulation; repainting of building exterior, raising porte-cochere landing at front entrance, construction of steel swing gates, fumigation of entire building and related work.
