Site work for a mixed-use development in Kealakekua, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
**As of July 05,2024, this project has been awarded to RPH Inc, awarded amount not available.** SAND MEDIA REPLACEMENT Removal of sand media and replace with glass media at Konawaena Pool as follows: Remove sand for 2 existing stack filters. Replace sand and gravel with: 1/4 X 1/2 pea gravel (600 lbs.) 1/8 X 1/4 gravel (600 lbs.) #6 Course sand (600 lbs.) Fine Sand (2500 lbs.) Clean up jobsite and startup At a minimum, the following license(s) will be required: C-49, Swimming Pool Contractor. Vendors are encouraged to do a site visit to confirm the scope of work. Contact Alejandra at (808) 339-5491 to make arrangements. Total should be inclusive of any applicable tax (shall not exceed 4.7120% ).
