New construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 695,692-square-foot, 54-story above grade, 900-unit multi-residential development; 30,877-square-foot office development; and 17,776-square-foot retail development.
Construction of 2 residential towers - 38 and 54 storeys with a combined total of 900 units with approx. 64,416 sq m of residential use and 4,505 sq m to non-residential, including 1,646 sq m of retail. Project falls into the province's broader Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) program. TIMELINE: Project planning is ongoing. Community consultation process is ongoing; a revised concept was unveiled by Infrastructure Ontario. Market Offering for a development partner is anticipated October 2026 - March 2027. There are currently no tender or construction timelines. Further update at that time.
