Reference Number 0000346812 The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (DCWWA) invites qualified professional construction administration firms to submit Qualification Statements for construction administrator (CA) services for the Tivoli Wastewater Plant Reconstruction and Pump Station Upgrade project. The Project is partially funded through grant and hardship funding provided by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), administered by the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (NYSEFC), and is subject to all USEPA and NYSEFC requirements (see Exhibit F). DCWWA's CA procurement process will comply with NYSEFC's "ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES PROCUREMENT FOR FEDERALLY FUNDED PROJECTS" guidance document. The "Tivoli WWP Reconstruction and Pump Station Upgrades: Final Design Technical Memorandum" (dated JANUARY 2024), which describes the project in detail, is included as Attachment C to this RFQ.
