MS-944: Replace a 52 FT. long x 53 FT. wide concrete area located outside the front garage entrance, consisting of 12 separate concrete pads, 8" thick with steel reinforcement. This project includes replacement of 53 L.F. of trench drain. Project is located at 3200 Farmtrail Road, York, PA 17406. A Bid Bond is not required. The successful bidder(s), when awarded a contract, shall furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond (with suitable surety) in the amount as specified in the Contract. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this MS-944 Contract is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
