The work includes the construction of approximately: 1. Removal of existing lift station pumps, valve, piping fittings, top of steel wet well, and all related appurtenances at Hopkins Lift Station No. 2. 2. Installation of new prefabricated fiberglass wet well into the existing steel wet well. Installation of new pumps, piping, valves, and all appurtenances for the new lift station. 3. Contractor to work with TPC on the removal of exiting control panel and installation of city procured control panel and SCADA infrastructure. 4. Perform various other miscellaneous and site improvements as detailed in the Contract Documents. together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by 10/17/2024. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Hopkins shall accompany each bid.
