2024 Roadwork -Includes 2" milling (appx. 1253 SY), placement of 2" compacted depth 9.5mm Wearing Course, (appx. 2574 SY) and base repair (appx. 1321 SY) with 6" milling and placement of 4" compacted depth of 25mm Base Course as specified in the Bid Documents. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after contract is awarded. Pennsylvania prevailing wages rates apply to this project. Lemon Street -Approximately 100' x 18' and 200' x 10' - Between Chestnut and Church 2. Orange Street-Approximately 55' x 16' and 110' x 8' - Between Chestnut to Church 3. W. Mohn Street-Approximately 36' x 10' - Between Chestnut and School 4. Diamond Street-Approximately 18' x 14' - Between Apple and Pear 5. Woodland Ave. -Approximately 137' x 12' and 37' x 12' - Between W. Wyomissing and Fairview 6. Crest Circle Ave. -Approximately 36' x 3' (2 Areas) -in vicinity of Crest Lane 7. Slichter Drive - Approximately 30' x 3' - Between Crest Circle and Sycamore 8. Front Street-Approximately 20'x 6'- East of Lake Street 9. Werner Street -Approximately 20' x 10' - West of E.
