for furnishing all plans, administration, superintendence, labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, utilities The Contractor will perform the improvements as following on the: UPGRADE OF LEVEL CONTROLS FOR MULBERRY, PINEY POINT, AND WALL LIFT STATIONS Bidders must submit an original Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, Certified Check or irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by a bank satisfactory to the Owner, payable without recourse to the order of the City of Beaumont in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the largest possible bid amount as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into contract and execute bond and guaranty in the form provided within fourteen (14) calendar days after date of Notice of Award of the contract. Bids without the required financial security deposit will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid or combination of bids deemed advantageous to it. The deadline to ask questions is 4/12/2024 5:00 PM CST All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to the Engineer. Estimate: $377,985
