Lamar University is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for selection of one responsive Cleaning Service Provider for the Cardinal Village Residence Hall Suites Summer Cleaning. Submit one original, one copy and one flash drive of the HSP, marked as RFP # 734- 02232024-KM and annotate with the words "HUB Subcontracting Plan Enclosed" Re-Cleaning of suite/units may be requested Each suite/unit has an individual entrance door from the breezeway. A typical furnished unit has two (2) separate bedrooms, one (1) bathroom area with a double vanity, and one (1) living room area. Each suite/unit is approximately four hundred fifty-nine (459) square feet. Services may begin May 13, 2024 and be completed by August 17, 2024 The University reserves the right to reject or accept any and all responses and/or temporarily or permanently abandon the Project, make no award or waive minor process or submission irregularities. All questions regarding this Solicitation, shall be in writing to the Point of Contact listed in section 1.8 no later than Monday, March 18, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. local time.
