Pressure Washing & Parking Lot Striping Pressure Washing & Maintenance Question Deadline 04/01/2024 at 3:00 PM CT The Housing Authority of City of Beaumont (HACB) hereby requests proposals from qualified, professionals, organizations, or entities with experience in the performance of Pressure Washing and Parking Lot Striping pursuant to the scope of work described in this RFP document. All proposers are hereby instructed to familiarize themselves with the work described herein in order that the Scope of Work as set out in Appendix A may be fulfilled. This proposal is for the purpose of providing a single source for parking lot striping and pressure washing. The undersigned, having received and familiarized themselves with the conditions affecting the scope of work and having become familiar with local conditions under which the work is to be performed, hereby propose to furnish all labor, materials and services required to complete the work as described herein. The HACB reserves the right to reject all proposals. The HACB reserves the right to extend the contract of the successful proposer(s) depending on funding availability and contract performance.
