Renovation of a municipal facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
New Atlantic Contracting will accept sealed bids for the NCSU Swing Space at Broughton Hall project, located in Raleigh, NC, from Prequalified 1st Tier Trade Contractors only. HUB contractors/suppliers are encouraged to participate in the bidding process, including in 2nd tier opportunities to work with Prequalified 1st Tier Contractors. If necessary, a re-bid is scheduled for Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the same time and location. This is a CMAR project. The CMAR and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
