Remove damaged: a. (4) damaged exterior doors and jambs b. (3) damaged double hung windows on various structures c. Repair garage door on the crafts door. 2. Repair all: a. Door jambs as needed. b. Size and replace (3) Windowsills, Frames and Casings as needed. 3. Replace with: a. (4) - 18 or 20 gauge steel metal exterior doors 3-0 x 6-8. b. (3) - Double hung windows 4. Install Schlage door hardware to all doors replaced including a door latch shield device used to prevent intrusion. 5. Repair all damage to interior drywall and trim as need for all windows and doors. 6. Repair all damage to existing drywall and siding caused by the contractor in the construction process. 7. Haul away and dispose of all construction materials at the contractor's expense. 8. Clean-up and remove all trash and debris from the site when complete. All projects over $250,000.00 will need to acquire performance and payment bonds. Bonding will be in the amount of 100% of the contract cost.
