The City of Surprise (the "City") is soliciting this Request for Proposal (this "RFP") for the purchase of Citywide Landscaping Maintenance Services. This Solicitation is designed to cover multiple service levels at various locations throughout the year. The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into multiple contract(s) with qualified and experienced commercial contractor(s) with the demonstrated capability of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials to provide quality services, as specified, at a fair market price. This contract is intended to replace the current contract # 319000182 bound to expire in June 2024. Currently there are two (2) vendors which hold the City's contract for the specified landscaping maintenance services. The volume of value of purchase under the resultant contract(s) is unknown. The City anticipates awarding to multiple vendors based on evaluation criteria score rankings, services offered, or by location if determined to be in the best interest of the City.
