Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Surprise, Arizona. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a contract with a responsive and responsible contractor to provide the construction requirements for the Surprise Community Park Improvements Phase 2. The work consists of the construction of a new restroom building, concrete sidewalk paths, drainage improvements, hardscape, landscaping adjustments, curb and pavement. The improvements will create a walking path along the south side of Community Park toward the existing pickleball courts and provide a larger buffer between the existing playground and the parking lot as indicated in the technical specifications. This bid shall include all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to complete the improvements. Project Location: 16089 N.
