Janitorial Services- Augusta County General District Courts Building and Circuit Court Building Location: District Court Building- 6 E. Johnson St, Staunton, VA 24401 Circuit Court Building- 1 E. Johnson St, Staunton, VA 24401 The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and supplies, as necessary to maintain Janitorial Services for the locations described herein, including janitorial carts, and collection trash cans. All contractor equipment shall be clearly identified as belonging to the contractor. The County will furnish all paper products, soap for restrooms, and trash bags. All requests for additional information should be provided in writing by means of a Pre-Bid Question Form available from the Bid Officer. The Pre-Bid Question Form must be directed to the Bid Officer. The County reserves the right to cancel the Invitation to Bid, and to reject any or all bids in whole or in part whenever the Purchasing Agent or designee determines that such action is in the best interest of the County. The reasons for cancellation or rejection shall be made part of the contract file. The County may also waive any minor informalities or irregularities in any bid where such action serves the County's best interest. The County reserves the right to cancel and terminate any resulting contract, in part or in whole, without penalty, upon sixty (60) days written notice to the contractor.
