Yakima County Project Number SM 3678: UIC Well Retrofit & Replacement Project. The work to be performed under this Contract involves the retrofitting four UIC Wells along South 96th Avenue. At each well, the existing type 2 catch basin, attached to an infiltration trench, will be removed and a CDS2015-4 Filter Device or approved equal will be installed. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond payable to Yakima County Treasurer in an amount equal to five percent (5 %) of the total amount bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to Yakima County.
