The Contractor shall provide housing rehabilitation services as described herein, as specified in Work Write up / Pricing (Form E), the Master Specifications (Exhibit E), and by reference all other provisions and Exhibits specified in this solicitation. Additionally, the Contractor will supply all labor, materials, dumpster, and all trash-related removal. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner. All work to be in accordance with State and local codes. Contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment and final clean up. All work and materials must meet Master Specifications requirements. Workmay include paint, windows, siding, flooring, cabinets, and fixtures, etc. All warranties must be submitted to the Homeowner and copies supplied to York County Housing Division before final payment is issued. Contractor is responsible for any County or State reconnection fees. Contractor is to return to job site and fill in any areas that have settled below yard grade within the first year after construction.
