Incidental items such as excavation, demolition, paint, concrete, placement, paving/resurfacing, start up, testing, insurance, and all other appurtenances shall be provided for a complete and functional final product. The project will be bid on a Lump Sum basis except where unit pricing is requested in the bid documents. Additional information will be required prior to issuance of a change order for extra allowances If you fail to fully complete the work, the Owner will be entitled to assess liquidated damages the sum of $ 350.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter the indicated date of completion. The Contractor will commence the work required by the Contract Documents within 15 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed and will complete the same by 270 days, unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the Contract Documents.
