Work performed under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment necessary to provide the completion of the Harmony Community School Space Reconfiguration Project per the Plans and Specification provided by Schenkel Shultz dated March 20, 2024. The purpose of this project is to create additional space for student stations by reconfiguring existing spaces per the plans and specification. Summary of the Project: o Convert Rms 225, 227, and 231 into 2 New Classrooms, 231 and 227. o Reduce the size of Room 115E, combine Rm 115J, 115F, and part of 115E to create new classroom 131. o Relocate door of Student Restroom 115H to open into new Rm 131, Rename Restroom 131A o Relocate existing double doors down hallway 115. o Reduce the size of Rm 128, increase the size of Rm 121 to New Classroom. o Create new restroom 121A in New Classroom 121. o New signage for 2nd Floor Restrooms 016A and 016B. o Removing floor boxes in affected rooms, capping data and electrical, and filling with concrete. o Removing of carpet, install new VCT floor in specified rooms. o Protecting and reinstalling technology, whiteboards, and millwork in existing classrooms. Install new technology in new classrooms. o New/modified signage, plumbing, electrical, ductwork, lighting, fire alarm, fire protection, audio enhancement, technology ports. o Relocate existing furniture and millwork as noted.
