The City of Lethbridge completes annual rehabilitation to selected road segments to extend pavement life through overlay and other asphalt treatment works. The purpose of this project is to procure a contractor who can supply labour and equipment for asphalt milling of the selected sections of Arterial, Collector, and Local roadway prior to asphalt paving. Supply of labour and equipment to mill approximate 80,000 m2 area of asphalt to the thicknesses which may varies from 20mm to 80mm as determined on site during execution to the following road sections: Arterials: All sections will be full mill as follows: 1.
