Renovation of a municipal facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,500-square-foot municipal facility.
This proposal is to provide labor and materials to replace the existing carpeting with carpet tiles, remove & replace the vinyl base, and the transition at the vinyl tile edges in 9 separate offices and areas in the MPU Main Office building at 1303 South 8th , Manitowoc, WI 54220 Carpeting removal and replacement in the MPU Main Office Building at 1303 S. Bth Street The Manitowoc Public Utilities reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of MPU to the lowest responsible vendor. Quotes arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. No vendor may may withdraw their quote within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of the quote.
