All quotations shall be in strict accordance with the specifications, and addenda, thereto, as are on file in the office of the Manitowoc Public Utilities The Manitowoc Public Utilities invites you to quote on labor, equipment rental and materials for work primarily related to the installation, maintenance and repair of watermains and related facilities on the MPU Water Distribution System. Work can also include other work at the MPU Water Treatment Plant, MPU Wastewater Treatment Plant, MPU Electric Distribution Department, and MPU Power Plant. The contract award will be based on work related to the repair of watermain breaks in the MPU water distribution system, since this type of work will make up a majority of the work performed during the year.
